Heel Guard, Carbon, Pair, TYGA Style, CBR250RR MC22
The original MC22 white plastic heel guards used with the Honda foot peg hangers deteriorate with wear and tear and are attacked by UV exposure leaving them dull brittle and crumbling.
TYGA Performance have two solutions to this problem, we have carbon reproductions of the originals. See BPCC-7010, and for owners wanting smaller and less bulky looking heel guards and wanting to personalize your MC22, we have the product you see which consists of two matching heel guards of TYGA design. They are supplied with hardware for an easy and quick installation.
For the left side heel guard, the left rear mounting point requires the use of a 5mm thick spacer due to the OEM hanger mounts being offset. This spacer is provided in the set.
The right side heel guard bolts on directly, with the bolts passing through the heel guard and hanger mounts, and screwing into the rear brake master cylinder, just like the OEM part.
Note; this product is intended for the OEM Honda step kits and NOT TYGA step kit STAA-0011. This is because the heel guard mounting holes have a different pitch on the hangers and BPCC-9110L left side heel guard matches the OEM hanger. The correct heel guard for TYGA step kit left side hanger is BPCC-9003 and included in the set STAA-0011
