The NSR150SP was designed to be a premium 150cc sports bike with its pro arm rear end and sophisticated styling and Repsol paintwork. What it has always lacked though is a trick front end and was burdened with a capable but basic right way up fork and old fashioned brake system. Nowadays, spares are becoming hard to source and many things such as the fork legs are no longer available from Honda.
We at TYGA took this as an opportunity, and excuse, to make an upside down conversion kit using a combination of the latest components from Honda, Nissin, Showa and HEL and installing them all on the NSR150SP with a comprehensive TYGA kit which includes all the components to carry out this conversion.

This conversion retains the iconic Honda 6 spoke wheel and brake rotor and great care has been taken to make this an easy installation which requires no special skills or tools. We recognized that some owners may have access to the forks and brakes, while others do not, and others again might want to install their own brake but order the rest of kit. Some might want a painted fender, others a carbon one. There are quite a lot of possibilities so we have presented the kit as several products in the “conversion kit and options’ category so you can choose the parts you want and add the fender choice that suits you. If you order the following: TYLY-3283, TPER-0105 and TPER-0106, and choose a front fender BPFF-0020Repsol, BPCF-0020 ( Carbon) or BPFF-0020(GRP) then the conversion is complete and you have everything you need to convert the front end of the NSR150SP.
If you also decide to go for the option of preload adjusters, then please add TPER-0083 to the cart too.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask or leave a comment in the comment box with your order and we will be happy to advise.
Note, that we also provide a stock list where everything we offer for this conversion is listed so you are welcome to order replacement parts or just order from individual parts instead of the ‘kit and options’ category.
