Marco's Aprilia RS250 (Carbon Bodywork)

For our Customer Bike of the month October 2019 we have chosen Marco's Aprilia RS250

Marco who is from Germany put a lot of time and effort restoring his Aprilia RS250 and went for the TYGA-Performance GP bodywork in full carbon.

The project started with a Silver Romboni

The list of things Marco changed/restored/upgraded on his bike is impressive

All rolling chassis parts were lacquered professionally soft.
Frame, swingarm, rims and calipers in Gray Black tiger powdered.
Motor cover slide cover, chain tensioner and shock absorber deflection in royal blue powdered silk.
Fuel tank, oil and water tank from the model from 1998.
All bearings renewed (wheel bearings, steering head bearings, swingarm bearings, suspension strut deflection)
Wheel axles, swingarm axle and locknuts browned.
Pulleys black burnished.
Various Phillips screws in the engine swapped for titanium Allen.
Tyga Sichtcarbon Street Front and Heckverkleidung incl carbon license plate carrier.
New mirrors.
Tyga carbon front and rear fender.
Tyga carbon sprocket cover.
Tyga Carbon Radiator Mount.
Tyga Rear set Aluminum milled with carbon heel guards and aluminum shift linkage.
Tyga antler and rear frame.
Tyga sprocket aluminum blue anodized with titanium bolts and ProBolt aluminum nuts red.
Motoscope per speedometer with carbon holder.
Domino short-stroke throttle grip including new grip rubbers.
Upper fork bridge milled aluminum.
New fork service (new progressive spring, oil seals, oil)
Strut service.
New tires Bridgestone s21
Performance Parts Aluminum stub with cnc milled holders.
Cnc milled aluminum kickstand.
Afam 3d Racing Chain + Pinion
Jim lomas stainless steel system with classic carbon mufflers and carbon retainer.
Kellermann bl 2000 handlebar end indicator.
Kellermann atto rear turn signal.
Kellermann turn signal relay.
Titan engine retaining bolts.
Titanium cylinder head nuts.
Titanium brake discs v / h
Titan engine cover screws.
Various other titanium bolts and nuts.
Various aluminum nuts and bolts (ProBolt)
All cladding screws ProBolt aluminum blue.
Aluminum fuel tank cap black / blue anodized with aluminum screws.
New clutch friction discs including aluminum washers stronger springs, titanium clutch basket screws with titanium discs and an angry release lever.
Melvin steel flex blue with red fittings and blue banjo bolts.
Stahlbus brake bleeder valves.
New brembo sinter pads front and rear
Calipers newly sealed.
Milled aluminum angle valves.
Aluminum bobbins.
Electrics minimized.
JMT lithium battery.
Silicone radiator hoses blue.
All liquids new.
New regulator with greater cooling capacity.
The complete forester all around carefree package incl invoice consisting of:

Crankshaft finely balanced to 0,00mm

New pistons
Overflow adapted
Changed tax times
Reinforced slides
Carburettor adapted.
Completely new stored, sealed and pressed.
Expected power stable 75 hp (not yet retracted and fine-tuned, but runs like a clockwork)
