Question: What if I want to return the products I ordered?
Answer: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, we would like to hear from you (first hand not via a forum) and why you are dissatisfied. Each case will be considered on its own merits, however, we will strive to make you a happy customer because happy customers have made our business a success and we value our customers above all else.
We really would appreciate it if you would contact us before 'going public' on any issues. At least give us a fair chance to put things right and if you are still not satisfied with our response or reaction, then I guess we deserve to read about it on a forum. Fair enough?
Question: What guarantee do I get with TYGA Performance products?
Answer: Our parts are sold for racing use. Due to the rigours of motor sport, we are not able to provide a warranty or guarantee for our products although every effort is made to ensure they are of high quality. We will always do our best to satisfy you as a customer and will look into any issues that you raise with us with the most urgency. If a product fails prematurely, then we will be happy to replace it assuming it was used in the way intended and you can provide proof of the issue etc.
Question: Does TYGA make all its own parts?
Answer: TYGA Performance designs all its own parts and tests prototypes. Nowadays, most of the products are manufactured in-house though some specialist companies supply some components. All final assembly, inspection and packing is carried out in-house.
