Set, Exhaust Chamber, NSR500V Style, Stainless Steel, NSR250 MC28
Constructed in stainless steel, TYGA Performance combine modern technology and traditional techniques to bring you the best in two stroke chamber design. With the help of advance computer software, and extensive dyno and track testing, we are able to design the optimum chambers for your model motorcycle. Chamber sections are laser cut but this is where the automation ends. All chambers are hand rolled and welded by expert craftsmen to give the level of perfection that you'd expect when purchasing a TYGA Performance exhaust system.
For more information on how to get the best power out of this system, combine it with other parts of our MC28 Power Up Kit (see under 'technical help' on left hand menu) to give your bike a massive power increase. In addition to performance, the chambers will enhance the bike's appearance and save weight too. There is no need to compromise with fit either. The chambers are designed to give clearance to the swing arm and stock foot peg hangers as well as work with our Tyga Performance step kit STAA-0002. The stock bodywork does not need to be cut, (though repositioning of rear lower cowling down by 25mm is recommended)
The NSR250V design, is provided with silencers clamping hardware which mounts directly to the NSR250V seat cowling BPFS-9043 or BPFT-9143 via exhaust stays TYLY-0243 for a more secure and firm installation.

Tyga Performance NSR250 exhausts are supplied with a double 'O' ring header joint for superior sealing and vibration isolation. In addition, the 'O' rings are made from Viton which are resistant to automotive fluids and better able to withstand higher temperatures.

Please note this product fits MC28 only although it can be installed with the MC21 if the MC21 has an MC28 swing arm installed. For the MC21 with a stock MC21 swing arm, please select EXCS-0005A
This product, EXCS-0047, has one chamber exiting left and one chamber exiting on the right in a high position similar to the NSR500V race bike. As a consequence, this system is only suitable for motorcycles without passenger foot pegs. For motorcycles with passenger foot pegs, please select EXCS-0006 and EXCS-0005B

Not included are the silencers.
Important! To complete your Tyga exhaust system remember to order 2 silencers with every chamber set. Note, we recommend that if you are installing this exhaust with seat set NSR250V BPFT-9043 or BPFT-9143 then order exhaust stay set TYLY-0234
